Job Title: ERP Implementation Lead
Department: Cross-functional (Reports to Executive Sponsor/Program or PMO)
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end ERP implementation lifecycle: planning, configuration, testing, training, and go-live
Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Planning, Procurement, HR, etc.) to align ERP modules with business workflows
Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of milestones
Oversee data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Develop and execute a change management and training plan
Monitor post-implementation performance and drive continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with data security and document control standards

• Strong understanding of ERP architectureconfigurationand integration • Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills • Advanced data migration and validation techniques • Strong communicationleadershipand training delivery capabilities • Ability to manage scoperiskand change control effectively • Familiarity with construction ERP modules and compliance standards.
