EBS Techno Functional

Responsibilities:

Strong expertise in PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle Database

Experience with Oracle EBS R12 (R12.2.x preferred)

Proficiency in building custom reports (Oracle Reports, XML/BI Publisher)

Experience with interfaces, concurrent programs, and APIs

Knowledge of forms personalization and OAF is a plus

Sound understanding of Core HR modules (Organization, People, Positions, etc.)

Working knowledge of Payroll (fast formulas, payroll processes, costing)

Experience with HRMS data models and tables

Knowledge of Workflow, AME, and HRMS self-service modules

• Oracle EBS/HRMS certification is a plus
