Qualifications "Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field

NEBOSH Level 6 Certificates or equivalent recognized safety qualification Additional certifications in ISO standards, HAZOP, or environmental management are an advantage Strong background in HSE auditing, compliance, and reporting "

Experience Minimum 10 years of experience in HSE roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity

Key Responsibilities "Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE policies and procedures

Lead internal and external audits, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and client standards

Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and root cause analyses

Deliver HSE training programs and promote a culture of safety across all levels

Monitor and report HSE performance metrics, driving continuous improvement

Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure alignment with local and international standards

Manage emergency response planning and drills"

Requirement "Candidate should have valid Iqama ID minimum 3 months 2025
