Mechanical BIM Draftsman

Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Expertise in BIM software including Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and mechanical systems.

Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience Minimum 8 years of experience as a Mechanical BIM Draftsman. Key Responsibilities Develop detailed mechanical designs and BIM models for construction projects.

Work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure accurate drafting.

Utilize BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, etc.) to generate 3D mechanical drawings.

Ensure adherence to industry codes, project specifications, and engineering standards.

Conduct quality control reviews to maintain design accuracy and efficiency.

Assist in coordination of mechanical systems within multi-disciplinary teams. Requirement Candidate should have valid Iqama ID minimum 3 months 2025
