Managing Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field

MRICS / RICS certification is an advantage

Proven expertise in cost control, contract management, and FIDIC standards

Strong communication and leadership skills

Experience:

10+ years of relevant experience in major construction or infrastructure projects

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all quantity surveying and cost control activities

Prepare and manage BOQs, tender documents, and cost estimates

Lead contract administration and manage variations, claims, and dispute resolution

Monitor and report on project costs, budgets, and progress

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project managers

Ensure compliance with local construction regulations and procurement laws

Mentor junior QS team members and provide technical guidance

Requirement:

The candidate should have a valid Iqama ID for a minimum of 3 months in 2025
