Procurement Officer (PQCS Aramco Approved)

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in Oil & Gas projects.

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.

PQCS Aramco Approval is mandatory.

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Familiarity with Aramco procurement platforms and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage procurement processes in compliance with Aramco standards and PQCS procedures.

*Prepare and issue RFQs, evaluate vendor quotations, and perform technical and commercial evaluations.

Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and conditions with vendors and subcontractors.

*Coordinate closely with engineering, planning, and construction teams to align procurement with project timelines.

*Maintain accurate records of supplier contracts, purchase orders, and approvals.

Ensure material delivery aligns with site requirements and project milestones.

Requirement:

Candidate should have valid Iqama ID minimum 3 months 2025
