Job Description :

"Minimum 10+ years of experience in planning, scheduling, and project coordination.

Strong background in civil and MEP construction projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

Master’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering (preferred but not mandatory).

1.Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or other scheduling tools.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

2.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities."

3.Develop and manage detailed project schedules using industry-standard software.

4.Coordinate with civil and MEP teams to ensure seamless integration of all project components.

5.Monitor progress, risks, and delays, implementing corrective actions where needed.

6.Optimize resources, workflows, and project sequencing to maintain efficiency.

7.Liaise with stakeholders, contractors, and clients for effective project communication.

8.Ensure compliance with construction standards, contracts, and regulatory requirements."
