Job Title: Kitchen Worker (Indian Cuisine)
Location: Dammam, Eastern Province – Saudi Arabia
Job Type: Onsite | Full-Time
Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Kitchen Worker for an onsite position in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The candidate should have prior experience working in an Indian kitchen environment, be disciplined, and willing to relocate to the job location. This role requires supporting daily kitchen operations while maintaining high standards of hygiene, efficiency, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist chefs in daily kitchen operations
Handle cutting, cleaning, and preparation of ingredients
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
Ensure smooth workflow during busy hours
Support basic stock handling and kitchen organization
Follow kitchen rules, procedures, and instructions
Requirements:
Relevant experience as a Kitchen Worker / Kitchen Helper
Experience working in an Indian kitchen environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
Willing to relocate to Dammam, Saudi Arabia
Team player with a positive attitude
Skills Required:
Knife handling and use of basic kitchen tools
Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety
Time management and multitasking
Ability to follow instructions accurately
Teamwork and reliability
