Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Digital Marketing based in Jeddah. The Head of Digital Marketing will oversee digital marketing initiatives, develop and execute digital strategies, manage social media campaigns, enhance lead generation efforts, and analyze web performance metrics. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with the hospital's growth objectives to maintain a robust online presence and achieve marketing goals.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in Marketing and crafting Digital Strategies

Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and developing engaging campaigns

Experience in Lead Generation techniques to drive customer acquisition

Proficiency in Web Analytics and utilizing data to optimize performance

Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities

Excellent communication and project management skills

Familiarity with healthcare marketing and digital trends is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous
