Qualifications

"Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline

Professional certification in BIM or VDC (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, RICS BIM Certification) is an advantage

Advanced proficiency in BIM platforms such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Dynamo

Deep understanding of ISO 19650 standards and digital construction protocols

Strong analytical, organizational, and team leadership abilities"

Experience "Minimum of 10 years in BIM coordination, development, or management roles

Key Responsibilities

"Develop and enforce BIM standards, execution plans, and workflows

Lead and manage interdisciplinary model coordination and clash detection

Supervise BIM deliverables and ensure quality and accuracy across project phases

Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM tools and practices

Implement 4D/5D modeling and facilitate data exchange across teams and stakeholders"

Requirement "Candidate should have valid Iqama ID minimum 3 months 2025
