HSE OFFICER WITH SCE CERTIFICATION IN SAFETY PROFESSION

Immediate Requirement – HSE Officer (SCE Certified – Safety Profession)

We are looking for an experienced and certified HSE Officer to join our team for a short-term project in Dammam, KSA. The ideal candidate must hold a valid SCE certification under the Safety Profession category and possess strong knowledge of industrial safety practices.

? Key Responsibilities:

Ensure implementation and compliance with HSE standards and procedures at the project site.

Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.

Identify and control potential hazards through proactive monitoring.

Organize toolbox talks, safety meetings, and awareness training.

Prepare incident/near-miss reports and recommend corrective actions.

Liaise with clients and subcontractors to maintain safe work conditions.? Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering / Safety / Environmental Science.

SCE Registration (Safety Profession) – Mandatory.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in construction or industrial projects.

Must have a valid and transferable IQAMA and freelancer OWN VISA.
