HSE Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor to ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards across our operations. The ideal candidate will promote a strong safety culture, conduct inspections, and ensure all activities meet regulatory and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs

Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments

Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations

Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare reports

Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions

Monitor use of PPE and safe work practices

Coordinate with site management to address safety issues

Maintain HSE documentation and recordsRequirements:

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Engineering, or related field

Minimum 5+ years of experience as an HSE Supervisor

NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA certification (preferred or required)

Strong knowledge of HSE laws and standards

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to work on-site and under pressure
