Quantity Surveyor (Mid-Level) – Riyadh-F2F Interview

Key Responsibilities:

1.Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates for the project

2.Review subcontractor and supplier quotations and compare with project budgets

3.Maintain accurate records of project costs, variations, and change orders

4.Liaise with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure cost control

5.Assist in tendering, contract negotiations, and procurement documentation

6.Monitor project progress and cost reporting to management

Skills & Competencies:

1.Strong knowledge of Gulf construction standards & practices

2.Experience with MS Excel, AutoCAD, Primavera, or other relevant QS software

3.Ability to prepare detailed cost reports and forecasts

Requirements / Conditions:

Must have valid Gulf experience (minimum 3 years)
