Qualifications
"Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or a related engineering field
Scaffolding Supervisor Certification (CITB, CISRS, or equivalent) is mandatory
In-depth knowledge of scaffolding systems, equipment, and international safety standards
Strong leadership and communication skills"
Experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience supervising scaffolding activities (preferably in industrial or oil & gas projects)
Key Responsibilities
"Supervise all scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling activities
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures
Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for access requirements
Conduct site assessments and risk evaluations prior to scaffold installation
Train and guide scaffolders and ensure proper use of tools and PPE
Maintain scaffolding inspection records and daily activity reports"
Requirement "Candidate should have valid Iqama ID minimum 3 months 2025
