About the role
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or related engineering discipline.
Aramco-approved Project Manager status (if already available, it’s a major advantage).
Experience
Minimum 10–15 years of total experience in electrical construction projects.
Minimum 5–7 years as a Project Manager in similar projects (MEP Projects, voltage conversion, building rewiring, LV equipment replacement).
Aramco project experience is highly preferred, with knowledge of Aramco standards and approval processes.
Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial electrical retrofits, especially in live or brownfield environments.
Strong familiarity with:
Electrical systems (LV panels, transformers, lighting, power distribution).
Shutdown planning and execution.
Safety in Aramco environments.
Key skills
• Strong leadership and communication. • Client-facing and stakeholder management skills. • Planning and scheduling understanding knowledge • Knowledge of Aramco safety and quality systems. • Risk management and problem-solving abilities
Good to have
Lead the Project team and engage with all stakeholders and clients across technicalcommercialand management aspects.
