Indian Pastry Chef / CDP Pastry

Solace Bakery and coffee house, Saudi Arabia. I am looking to recruit an Indian Pastry Chef / CDP Pastry for a restaurant in Saudi Arabia.

Candidate requirements:

* Indian nationality

* 3–5 years of professional pastry experience

* Preferably experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel

* Candidates from brands such as Taj, Oberoi, ITC, Marriott, Hyatt, Leela are preferred

* Strong skills in:

* Cakes

* Modern desserts

* Chocolate

* Plated desserts

* Bakery basics

* Dessert preparation and presentation

* Good hygiene and food safety knowledge

* Able to work independently and develop recipes
