About the role
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
5–8 years of relevant experience in construction projects
Experience in hospital / healthcare projects is highly preferred
Strong experience in Electrical Shop Drawings, Technical Office Works, and MEP Coordination
Proficiency in BIM / Revit MEP is mandatory
Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD
Strong technical knowledge of:
o Power & Lighting Systems
o Low Current Systems
o Earthing & Lightning Protection
o Electrical Coordination with Mechanical, Architectural, and other disciplines
Ability to review and understand drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements
Ability to identify and resolve coordination and technical issues
Good communication, documentation, and coordination skills
Priority will be given to candidates with strong BIM/Revit experience and previous involvement in hospital or healthcare construction projects.
