We are currently seeking qualified and experienced professionals for an Utility-Scale Solar PV Plant Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The profiles are aligned with industry best practices and the technical and operational requirements of large-scale Solar PV plant O&M activities.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

Operation and supervision of Solar PV generation assets and associated infrastructure.

Preventive and corrective maintenance of PV modules, inverters, trackers and Balance of Plant (BoP) systems.

Monitoring and control through SCADA/EMS platforms.

Operation and maintenance of substations and grid-interface systems.

Troubleshooting, fault identification and corrective maintenance activities.

Ensuring equipment availability, reliability and optimum plant performance.

Implementation of preventive maintenance schedules and maintenance procedures.

Compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements.

Maintaining maintenance records, reports and operational documentation.

Ensuring compliance with applicable SEC, ECRA and Saudi regulatory requirements.

Supporting safe and reliable continuous operation of the Solar PV plant. 🎯 Candidate Requirements

Candidates should have:

Relevant technical/engineering qualification based on the position.

Proven experience in Solar PV Plant O&M, power generation, electrical systems or related industrial projects.

Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.

Experience with SCADA/EMS and plant monitoring systems for relevant engineering/control-room positions.

Knowledge of electrical substations, grid-interface systems and associated equipment for relevant positions.

Strong commitment to HSE standards and safe working practices.

Good communication and reporting skills.
